Job Summary: With limited supervision, work with the Tozour Energy Services team to conduct field research, compile data and create PowerPoint presentations

| Duties: | ●Run Trace and energy modeling for design and facilities-planning professionals- use computer-based tools to simulate the energy use of a building throughout an entire year of operation.
●Will be required to run energy audit reports; will be required to do field visits to collect data/nameplate information.
●Works with Tozour Energy Services team to complete utility data analysis, building surveys and needs assessment, financial justification and related proposals and presentations.
●Works with operations, finance, legal and other inside and outside resources as needed.
●Follows through on sold projects to ensure successful completion.
●Keeps current on market business and product trends.
●Continues to pursue in-depth product and service knowledge and acquire deeper selling, technical and financial skills. Develops and deploys account strategies.

| Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university required. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry required. LEED Accreditation preferred but not required. Trace experience required. Must be able to run energy audit reports.
Experience within the energy solutions and services and Performance Contracting industry preferred. Familiarity with energy incentive programs such as New Jersey Pay for Performance, Pennsylvania ESCO, Energy Star and Portfolio Manager preferred. Requires a medium level of related technical and financial expertise with an aptitude to learn and competently use company estimating tools as well as gain an understanding of value engineering, related contractual concepts, and financial acumen.
Must be able to multi-task, openly communicate, work well with others and carry a positive attitude. Must be detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will be self-driven with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. This position requires approximately 50% local travel between Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
