| Description: | Under general supervision completes assigned work to be a productive member of the Parts Team to deliver customer satisfaction and profit growth for the business unit and company.

| Duties: | Conducts sales of HVAC parts and supplies over the phone and over the counter.
Order required parts.
Answer customer calls, identify parts, and provide technical support to customers when required.
Actively makes customers aware of product promotions.
Responds to customer inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services.
Possesses knowledge of the Trane product line and other lines carried to be able to demonstrate and discuss knowledgeably.
Inform customers of standard procedures or resolution of problems. Follows up either verbally or in writing.
Determine best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies.
Responsible for warranty administration on all parts.

| Qualifications: | Qualifications: 1-3 years experience, and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Associate must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone and through written communication with customers. Associate must be proficient with use of the telephone and voice mail, the computer, and other office equipment. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Personality: This person must be ambitious and motivated to help do what it takes to get a new parts center up and running. HVAC knowledge a plus. Self-drive, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with clients and vendors. Well represented and businesslike. Able to get along with others and be a team player.
Education and/or Experience: Technical School or Associates Degree in electronics or HVAC preferred. At least one year of industry experience. PC experience required.
Personal Situation: Able to commute reliably to office base. Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
