Description:As a Tozour-Trane Sales Engineer you will work with consulting engineers, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, equipment, and services for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. The Trane systems include the most complete line of commercial, industrial, and institutional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and bulding management controls.

We are looking specifically for a college student (or recent grad) who has/will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. This person should have a strong desire to be in Sales.

As a Tozour-Trane Sales Engineer you will work with consulting engineers, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application and sale of systems, controls, equipment and services for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. The Trane systems include the world’s most complete line of commercial, industrial, and institutional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls.

Before joining the Tozour-Trane team in the King of Prussia office, all of our new sales engineers undergo the industry’s best and most comprehensive training program. The Trane Graduate training Program is a five-month graduate-level technical and business training program in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Trane’s Graduate Training Program provides our sales engineers with the basics of the HVAC industry, fundamental technologies and hardware and the latest microelectronic controls and computer software. The course also provides training in marketing, sales and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a four-year college or universityand be willing to attend the Trane Graduate Training Program; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to work with all levels of staff. Must be able to multi-task, openly communicate, work well with others and carry a positive attitude. Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with customers and vendors. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit (Sales Personality a MUST!). Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with clients and vendors.

Must posess a valid driver’s license and able to commute reliably to office base and customer locations. Able to work extended hours when required. After training is complete this is a 100% Commission position.
